The kickoff is primarily a working appointment between Cindy and the student. The parent receives the recommendations, calendar and checklist afterward by phone or email.
The student needs an initial plan before the family establishes accountability and communication expectations. That sequence keeps the work student-owned and makes the family conversation more productive.
